When we start act to in a positive way in our lives towards others, in my opinion, it is not just about showing physical respect and love to others, but most importantly, our hearts have to lead the way, because if our hearts are not in accord with our acts, then we are just sharing empty words with each other. Therefore, when there is time to share anything with someone, in my opinion it has to come from deep within
