If you want to show respect and love to the next generation then you must cultivate  Love, respect, and willingness to changes and accept changes more gracefully then force by others.  Moreover, embrace changes and accept that there will be always someone better than ourselves. Therefore, we need to recognize that this is a part of our lives and nobody can change this path and failure or success depends on what we do now.
