Let Hatred and jealousy go totally

Hatred and jealousy are like a solid rock. If we try to accommodate insight our hearts then it is not just uncomfortable, it hurts too. We will only find comfort and true happiness when we let it go totally . Freedom is like an air we breathe, but if we are not free within then looking for freedom from somewhere else is like children building a castle from a sand. 4/11/12
