As practitioners we all know between what is right and wrong. It is also very clear to us what the consequences of committing sins or making mistakes. I would say that the problem is, we simply let our old habits dictate and ruin our precious lives. As long as we keep blaming each other for our mistakes and bad habits, then we will not get better, but surely we will get worse. Moreover, as many teachers always say, we should learn how to forgive, forget, and move on. In addition, there could be just one simple explanation why we are not making any progress in our practice and as practitioners. The answer is loud and clear: we are not allowing changes to come, and we are holding onto ego and destructive bad habits, while hoping to get better.Hong Kong. 2/5/13
