Our life is so precious and so we cannot afford to let
unnecessary worries disturb our moments of peace and happiness which are so hard to come by in our everyday life. Of course, we have to deal with situations that arise and there are times to reflect on the causes of our worries and anxieties to find ways to resolve them. However, we should do so by being careful not to add even more stress to our lives since stress is so harmful to our well-being. We have to work wisely to address such issues so that we can live a meaningful life. So, when we are able to enjoy peaceful moments we should not miss the opportunity to have the space to think about what stresses are in our life and how to effectively resolve them. Then we should take the opportunity to resolve our problems and in doing so live a joyful life.
