Thinking positively and of meaningful things makes us wise and practical. However, without the tools of mindfulness and awareness, if we let our mind just wander, then it may bring us more harm and worries. In my opinion, we should not have illogical or wild dreams because we cannot fulfill and realize those wishes which will lead us to sadness and stressfulness. Therefore, it is up to us to know how far we should or can go, and if we remain within the boundaries of our comfort zone, then our lives will be successful and purposeful.
